Eligible Florida homeowners can save money by making energy-efficient upgrades — such as ENERGY STAR® certified HVAC systems and water heaters, insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, appliances, and lighting — after a required home energy assessment confirms at least 20% energy savings.

How does the program works?
Rebates are applied as a discount on the eligible product and its installation. The discount amount depends on your household income as a percentage of area median income (AMI) and the energy savings modeled during your assessment.
